If the sprint is B2B or internal in focus, it’s usually up to you to find and invite them. But it’s generally quite easy since you already know them.
If the focus is B2C and you want to interview potential customers who are in the target audience but whom you don’t know, in that case, we take care of finding them for you. We use our personal network, our past testers, and sometimes recruit the right profiles on social media. We rarely work with third-party services like Usertesting, for example, to avoid biased tests by people who are too specialized in this type of testing.
