The Design Sprint: the fastest framework to accelerate innovation.
Design Sprint is a rapid innovation methodology created at Google Ventures that allows you to go from idea to tested prototype in just five days. In concrete terms, it is a collaborative and intensive workshop where teams define a problem, come up with solutions, turn them into prototypes, and test them immediately with real users. This approach combines Design Thinking, product strategy, and user research to condense months of work into a single week. The result: clear decisions, concrete user feedback, and validated solutions before investing in development.
After conducting more than 150 Design Sprints for startups, schools, and large corporations in Europe and internationally, we are now experts in Design Sprint. Design Sprint Ltd supports innovative companies in all sectors, from energy to culture, who trust us to accelerate their projects.
The 5 days of the Design Sprint
Day 1
The first day of the Design Sprint is devoted to understanding the problem and defining a clear objective. The team aligns its vision, identifies target users, and lays the groundwork for the sprint.
Day 2
Make way for creativity! On the second day, each participant imagines and sketches possible solutions. The goal is to explore as many ideas as possible without constraints, in order to find innovative approaches to the defined problem.
Day 3
On the third day of the Design Sprint, the team chooses the best solution to prototype. Together, you evaluate ideas, make collective decisions, and create a detailed storyboard of the future prototype.
Day 4
The fourth day is dedicated to creating the prototype. The goal: to give shape to the chosen solution in record time, so that it can be tested the very next day. It is an intense day, focused on rapid and realistic prototyping.
Day 5
The fifth and final day of the Design Sprint is devoted to user testing. You observe reactions, gather concrete feedback, and validate (or invalidate) your hypotheses before developing the final product.

Tips for a successful Design Sprint
Before starting a Design Sprint, it is essential to clarify the context and objectives and assemble the right team. Find out how to plan your dates, choose your “war room,” and determine whether your project is truly suited to the Design Sprint method.
This official template allows you to conduct a complete Design Sprint online, on Miro or Mural. Designed in collaboration with the creators of Design Sprint, it offers a clear structure and ready-to-use exercises to facilitate your 100% remote sprints.
Continue your project after an initial Design Sprint. In three days, refine your prototype, test your hypotheses, and obtain user feedback to reduce risks and accelerate your time to market.
Our Design Sprint Workshops
Foundation Sprint
2 Days
A two-day intensive workshop designed to lay a solid foundation for a new project. Quickly align your team on the vision, target user, key problem, differentiation, and the best strategic approach to test next.
Google Design Sprint
5 Days
The real method devised at Google Ventures (GV) allows you to move from a problem to a prototype tested with real users. Solve a complex problem, generate ideas, prototype, and test a viable solution, all in a single week.
Strategic Alignment
2 Days
A two-day workshop to align stakeholders on strategic priorities. Clarify objectives, identify real issues, explore concrete avenues, and leave with a clear, shared vision to guide your future decisions.
