When you search online for ‘Design Sprint Masterclass,’ you will find various formats offered by different agencies.
For example, AJ&Smart’s Masterclass is a video course illustrating the different sprint exercises. This is sufficient for a quick introduction.
Our Masterclass is considered more advanced. It is a preparation for facilitating real 5-day design sprints.
Over two days in a live format (online or in-person), we work with a small group of future facilitators to solve a real challenge, going through all the sprint stages, which are practiced and explained.
We conclude each set of exercises with an open Q&A that allows for deeper discussions about individual problems and needs.
During the Masterclass, we share the methods and tools outlined in Jake Knapp’s book ‘Sprint,’ as well as our own hacks, tips, and tricks acquired through years of experience working with over 80 companies and startups in Europe and around the world. The idea is to help you master the methodology ‘by the book’ but also discuss what is NOT in the book but is crucial for facilitating a high-quality sprint.
