The 5 days of the sprint have the great advantage of allowing focus on a complex challenge, bringing stakeholders and decision-makers together, and enabling strategic alignment.

If you have the opportunity to run it within a single week, don’t hesitate. However, if that’s not an option, we can always adapt the sprint structure to ensure the key people are present.

For instance, it’s possible to run the first 3 days (Map, Sketch, Decide) in the first week, then Prototype and Test in the following one.

The main challenge is not to lose momentum.
